From Mat, TYE4 and chair classes to our specialized pink ribbon sessions, we cater to your individual needs. Perhaps you would prefer a one to one session? Plus, if you're passionate about Pilates and dream of sharing that passion with others, our Teacher Training program can help you realize your goal of becoming an instructor.
Mat Classes
Mat Pilates gives you the benefits of gaining flexibility and balance while improving your posture and mobility.
With low impact exercises it will focus on strengthening your core for full body conditioning leading to long lean muscles.
Combination class also available
TYE4 Classes
TYE4 class will enhance flexibility, strength, mobility, stability and teach proper alignment working through a full range of motion using wearable resistance & assistance harness which supports and lifts the torso to ensure correct posture. Adding an additional 30lbs to your workout.

Seated Class
Our seated class combines Standing & Seated Pilates giving the best opportunities to clients who otherwise may feel restricted in their daily lives, or who find getting onto a mat for a class difficult. This class is ideal for movement while improving balance & strength.
One to One Session
Our one to one sessions are designed to meet your own personal needs. If you are unsure of what level class you should attend, if you have an injury or if you would like an assessment to see where your weaknesses are, then a private session is for you. Semi privates also available!
Pink Ribbon
Our Pink Ribbon class is for anyone recovering from breast cancer. Private sessions also available.The Pink Ribbon Program was founded by Doreen Puglisi in 2004 to enhance recovery for breast cancer patients.
This course will help stretch and strengthens shoulders, chest and back. It will help to regain mobility in the affected shoulder and arm, restore your energy levels and help to decrease stress.
Foam Roller Workshop
Learn how to foam roll the correct way to help enhance your pilates journey. Foam rolling will help release muscle tension, improve stretching ability, and help to challenge your strength increasing stability. Also available for sports clubs, please conatct us for more information.
